Are you looking to enter the next level of gaming and invest in Sony’s PS3?  Perhaps you want a Blu-ray player.  Maybe, like me, you just want to play Rock Band with downloadable content that you can’t get on the Wii, but don’t want to spend a fortune on a new video game system for essentially one or two games. 

Fortunately, summer’s here.  There are no major holidays, no major sales, and nothing to really stimulate the economy and move stock, so you can sometimes pick up some great deals.  From June 8 through June 14, if you buy any Blu-ray player at Wal-Mart, you get a free $100 gift card (also, their BD movies are on sale).  This includes the PS3, so it might be a good time to make that purchase.
