I love swimming.  On a hot summer day, there’s nothing better than a plunge into a cool, clean body of water.  Splashing around, swimming back and forth, floating on rafts, soaking up rays… there’s absolutely nothing better than that.  It truly is heaven on earth.

Except when you have to get out.  Those warm summer breezes become bitter winter winds as you walk across hot concrete or a bleached wooden deck with bare, pruny feet.  And why, pray tell, do most people get out of the pool?  In my case, the only thing that’ll pry me from a pool is the thirst I get from swimming.  Something about being surrounded by all that undrinkable water just makes me parched.
