You probably have a lot of old games laying around your house. I know I do. May as well trade them in, right? Well, if you use Amazon’s second-hand games depot, then prepare yourself for a bit of a treat. Starting now, if you send in $60 worth of games, you get an extra $30 in credit to be spent at Amazon!
I guess they really are serious about entering the secondary games market. Nothing gets traffic quite like free money, am I right? There are some restrictions, like the $30 must be spent on video games, but you’d probably have spent that money on new games anyway, since you just traded away a bunch of your old games.
The only downside is having to wait for the games to go out and the new games to come back in. That’s my biggest problem with buying online. I’m so impatient that the waiting time KILLS me. The best thing about actual stores is that you can just walk in and leave with whatever you want, even if it might cost a little more.
